Job Title: Purchasing Agent
Wage Range: $54,600.00 - $80,200.00 per year. Wage depends on experience and skills.

The position will carry out methods and practices to deliver the most thrifty movement of materials through the supply chain. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency to parse data and market conditions for the present and future lead-time, and capacity of commodity and facilities.

Duties of the Role:
- Reviews, negotiates and approves procurement requisitions
- Respond on inquiries, project status, quality issues, and delivery adjustments
- Ensure effective supplier research and supplier management methods are used with best execution
- Establish and lead an effective purchasing team. Communicate closely with company cost modeling to optimize inventory costs
- Manage new items and product assortment
- Advice delivery processes to support consumer
- Communicate very quickly with supply chain department to accommodate information regarding the competition, potential vendors, pricing initiatives and distribution issues

You should bring:
- Ability to disclose, resolve a wide range of technical and none-technical problems
- Ability to write standard documentation, policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively
- Advanced Microsoft Office software dexterity for heavy reporting
- Ability to rise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 30 pounds
- Valid driver�s license is needed
- over 21; U.S. Person
- No relocation is required
